New Gold Acquisitions & More

Hello All!

New purchases highlight this update...starting with US Gold in pretty much every denomination from $1 through $20 (except the $4 Stella that is!) along with a decent selection of gold coinage from other countries and some bullion gold issues. You will never have a better opportunity to start or add to a gold type set collection. Stop in ASAP for details and the best selection. For you silver stackers, we also have reloaded some 90% silver coins in bulk along with a few hundred nice circulated Morgan and Peace Dollars. As you know, many dealers are running low on or out of these items so take advantage while we still have some left! No holds, no dealers, all prices net. In-store sales only. It's first come-first served on all these new items. We want our customers to have first shot at these while they last.

The US Mint is again dragging its feet on releasing some of the new second reverse Proof Silver Eagles and severely reducing order limits so this frankly looks like it will be a potential problem for availability of the Proof version. The uncirculated regular Silver Eagles will hopefully be in hand soon but will also be a lower mintage item. Check back for updates. On a brighter note-We do have some of the McAuliffe and Law Enforcement silver dollars available. Stop in for a look.

Memorial Day Weekend Update

Hello All:

We will be open normal M-F hours of 10am-5pm through Wednesday, May 25th and will be closed Thursday, May 26th through Monday, May 31st for the Memorial Day weekend. We will resume our normal 10am-5pm hours starting Tuesday, June 1st. We hope you and yours have a happy holiday weekend!

Dansco Albums & US Mint Products Update

Hello All!

Well, for everyone still waiting For Dansco albums, the ongoing "will they or won't they start shippping soon" saga continues, but we do know that they just announced a 30% price increase on all products across the board and (supposedly) will be shipping popular titles soon (as if we haven't heard that before, right?). This equates to an increase of around $8 to $12 per album depending on size/capacity. We will advise as these products become available once again...in the interim, feel free to inform us of your wants and we will adjust our orders accordingly. We will advise when the 800 pound gorilla of coin albums dains to grace us with some product. If they ever develop any serious competitors perhaps they'll not be quite so independent. Here's hoping.

On the US Mint products front, 2021 Silver Proof Sets are now in stock. Christa McAuliffe commemorative dollars will be back in house shortly and it looks like the second reverse design proof Silver Eagles will land in early July, assuming there is no craziness with shortages like we had with the "first reverse" issues. We will keep you informed so keep checking in.

Spring Acquisitions, Market News & More

Hello All:

Nicer temperatures and longer days are starting to finally arrive, and with spring comes a crop of new acquisitions. Our first group of ancient coins was so well received that we sought out and acquired a new batch of silver ancient Roman denarii fom various rulers along with some new Morgan Dollars, US type and more. Call or stop in for details.

2021 US Mint products are slowly arriving but availability is extremely limited. We managed to acquire a small group of 2021 proof silver eagles before they became unavailable from the mint. These are the last with the old reverse design and are available on a first come first served basis, limit 3 per customer.  Same applies to uncirculated Silver Eagles. The second reverse Silver Eagles should be available this summer but will advise as the release dates keep changing. 2021 Regular Proof Sets should arrive soon. We will advise as they are available. Let us know if you want any of the Christa McAuliffe or Law Enforcement commemoratives as we are formulating an order and are gauging interest so that we can adjust quantities accordingly.

The silver and gold markets have been bouncing about but the demand for physical coins and bullion is overwhelming, with many dealers out or nearly out of product. Our turnover here has been huge on all bullion, 90% silver coins and gold so call us to confirm availability. We cannot guarantee availability or price beyond day to day levels at this time.
